  • The median home price in Alpharetta, Georgia was $582,500 which was up 10% from November 2021.
  • Though Alpharetta home sales were up by 34%, new listings were actually down almost 10%. 
  • Average days on market was close to thirteen (13) days which is significant since days on market were closer to three (3) days in early 2022.
  • Average price per square foot was up 21% and priced at $234. However, with a little bit of a market reset in late 2022, that number should decrease in 2023.
