Cumming has the feel of the small city on a country road. It really has a small town feel with SOOO much more to offer! We just aren’t sure how long that will last with the future growth of the area. With the new development of Halcyon and The Collection in Forsyth, it is hard to choose where to shop, wine, and dine. We do not have the facts to back this up, but we feel Cumming will be one of the fastest growing cities in Georgia over the next 3-5 years. Lake Lanier borders parts of Cumming for the families who want to hang out at the lake. For the families looking for the country club life in Cumming, GA, the Polo Golf & Country Club is the place. Owned and managed by Club Corp inc., members get access to Polo’s amenities with possibilities of access to many more clubs owned and managed by Club Corp.
