With over 200 acres of trails and green space, John’s Creek is very well known for their impressive Parks & Amenities. The most recognized parks for the family are Newton Park & Autrey Mill Nature Preserve. The Newton Dream Dog Park is one of the TOP DOG PARKS in the United States! All dog lovers welcome! According to FMLS, as of November 2022, the median home price in John’s Creek, Georgia was $716,250 which was up 25% from November 2021. WOW! Home sales were up a whooping 128% and that is with new listings still being up 35%. John’s Creek is a relatively new city just outside the Alpharetta Georgia area with some of the highest rated schools in the state. Average days on market was twenty-one (21) days with days on market being less than four (4) days earlier in 2022. This is quite significant considering size and prices of homes in Johns Creek. Average price per square foot was up 5% and priced at $197. Homes in John’s Creek are AMAZING and the price per square foot is “low” considering surrounding areas. Month’s supply of for sale homes is still less than two (2) months which is low with homes for sell starting to increase in surrounding areas.

Johns Creek Schools
John’s Creek schools are located in Fulton County. Johns Creek High School opened its doors in 2009 and In 2013, it was ranked by Newsweek as one of America’s best public high schools, #214 in the nation, #5 in the State of Georgia, and #2 in Fulton County. The 2009 cheerleading squad won the AAA State Championship, making JCHS one of the fastest schools to win a state championship in state history. The 2010 boys’ tennis team followed, also claiming the AAA State Championship. Johns Creek has been Region Champions or Region Runners-up in baseball, track, football, volleyball, swimming, cheerleading, golf, and cross country. In 2019, Chattahoochee High School was named a National PTSA School of Excellence and ranked as a top high school in US World & News Reports (#282 Nationally, #9 in Georgia). Chattahoochee High School has won State Championships in baseball, soccer, lacrosse, football, swimming, and tennis. North View High School holds State Championship titles in golf, ice hockey, lacrosse, tennis, cross country, swimming, and volleyball. Mount Pisgah Christian School is the highest rated private school in John’s Creek.
